The build, the ongoing care, and the costs to plan for.

Start with the fixed build price and the amount that begins the project. Ongoing Signal care is optional and shown separately. Send Chris your website and business details for a short written assessment before a deposit.

The Founding Three prices require written permission to publish agreed performance figures. Standard prices apply after the first three paid engagements. The same scope and protections apply to both.

Founding Client program

The Founding Three

The first three paid Firemoth engagements receive the introductory build prices shown here in exchange for written permission to publish agreed-upon performance figures. The project scope, ownership terms, and 90-Day Optimization Commitment are otherwise the same as a standard Firemoth engagement.

These engagements help build documented contractor case studies. The measurement plan and the figures that may be published are agreed in writing before the project begins.

Signal: the full ongoing service

$500/month

  • Hosting, SSL, backups, and security patching
  • Small edits, as you need them: prices, staff, service areas, seasonal hours
  • Call tracking and form attribution kept live and accurate
  • The Signal report, emailed on the 1st. One page. No dashboard to log into.
  • One new service page or article every month

Optional after the included period, at $500/month with your affirmative agreement. Month-to-month. Cancellation stops renewals; service ends at the end of the paid-through period. No notice period, no exit fee.

Flood Light includes every item above for 3 months after launch; Beacon includes 6 months in total. Porch Light includes no Signal months. Monthly Signal reporting is provided only while the service is active.

Optional additions

Five more service-plus-city pages

$1,200

Another five towns, written properly rather than find-and-replaced. Thin duplicates get filtered by Google, so these are real pages or they are nothing.

Instant quote calculator

$1,500

Visitors price their own job before they call, which does the qualifying for you. Included at Beacon.

Already included in Beacon.

Night Line: Answers

$350 setup, $49/month

A virtual assistant your website visitors can use day or night to ask about your service area, pricing, hours, or anything on your FAQ page. Captures a name and number when someone's ready to be contacted, and drops it in your inbox the same way the form does. Added to Signal.

The 90-Day Optimization Commitment

We verify tracking at launch. Chris reviews the agreed measurements in writing around days 30, 60 and 90 after launch.

After each of the first two reviews, we agree one round of copy, layout, page-speed or on-page local SEO improvements to existing project pages. Both rounds are completed within the 90-day period.

Covered Firemoth labor is included in every build, whether or not you continue Signal. Providers must remain funded. Any hosting, tracking or other provider costs not covered by active Signal are disclosed in the written scope and are not included in this labor commitment.

The commitment ends with the day-90 measurement summary and recommended next actions. It does not promise a lead increase, ranking, revenue or profit.

How inquiries are measured

A qualifying inquiry is a distinct request from a prospective customer for an offered service in the agreed service area. Repeat calls and forms about the same job count once across channels.

Spam, tests and solicitations are excluded. Existing-customer requests and out-of-area requests are reported separately from qualifying inquiries.

Agree the channels, definitions and dates before launch. Compare qualifying inquiries per 30 observed days using the same channels in both periods; show the underlying counts and days alongside that rate. Keep paid and unpaid sources separate. Missing tracking is identified, not counted as zero.

A 30-day baseline is never compared directly with a raw 90-day total. Equal-period rates do not remove seasonality: each review records seasonal conditions and material changes in advertising, service area or availability. Without comparable data, the report states the limitation and makes no claim that the website caused a change.

If you choose a full year of Signal.

These optional managed-care scenarios combine the build with 12 months of Signal after launch. They are not required package prices.

Porch Light

$8,250

Founding Client subtotal

Standard subtotal: $10,500

Includes 12 paid Signal months after the 0 included months.

Flood Light

$9,000

Founding Client subtotal

Standard subtotal: $13,000

Includes 9 paid Signal months after the 3 included months.

Beacon

$11,500

Founding Client subtotal

Standard subtotal: $18,000

Includes 6 paid Signal months after the 6 included months.

These subtotals exclude add-ons, domain renewals, separately required software, advertising, and provider costs outside active Signal.

Review additional costs and responsibilities

Costs beyond the package subtotal

The first-year figures above are scenarios, not a complete quote. They contain only the build and the selected year of Signal. Before a deposit, the preliminary assessment identifies likely additional services; their costs are recorded in the final written scope before production.

Hosting and tracking
Covered while full Signal is active. Without Signal, provider charges and operating responsibility must be agreed and funded separately. Those charges are not quoted here.
Domain and selected software
Domain renewals and any separately required booking, CRM, review or other software subscriptions depend on the provider and project. No assumed third-party price is included in these subtotals.
Advertising and management
Firemoth does not currently offer Google Ads or Local Services Ads management. Signal does not include an advertising budget.
Optional additions
The priced additions above are excluded from the scenarios. Night Line requires active Signal and adds its setup and monthly charges. A cost already covered by the selected package or active Signal is never counted again.
Model your selected costs

When Signal ends

Cancellation stops renewals. Service ends at the end of the paid-through period, with no notice period or exit fee. If you do not agree to paid continuation, Signal ends when the included period ends.

  • You keep: your domain, site code, hosting and analytics accounts, tracking assets and owned data.
  • Firemoth stops: Signal hosting management, backups, security patching, small edits, tracking upkeep, monthly reports and monthly content.
  • You or your next provider take over: funding hosting and tracking providers, renewing the domain and software, backups, security, maintenance and measurement checks.
  • The included one-hour handoff covers: the account inventory, available backups and historical-data exports, access changes and the responsibilities being transferred. Provider availability and any number-transfer requirements are checked for that account.

Ownership alone does not keep a service running: the accounts need funding and an operator. Provider transfer costs and historical-data availability are confirmed in the handoff plan. The included 90-day optimization labor continues independently of your choice about Signal, with the necessary providers kept active.

The terms

The terms, ready to review before your written scope.

Half up front, half at launch

50% to book the slot and start week one. The balance on the day it goes live, not thirty days after.

The price does not move

Scope is fixed at the end of week one and so is the invoice. If we underestimated, that is our problem. It is the only way a published list means anything.

Two rounds of revision

Included at the design stage. Beyond that we quote, rather than quietly absorbing it and resenting you.

You own all of it

Domain, hosting account, code, analytics, tracking numbers. Registered in your name from day one, not ours.

Objections, answered

What the price list makes people ask.

Firemoth is using its first three paid engagements to build documented contractor case studies. In exchange for written permission to publish agreed-upon performance figures, Founding Clients receive the introductory build prices shown on the pricing page. They receive the same fixed scope, ownership protections, and 90-Day Optimization Commitment as later clients.
